Research Focus:
Mr. Fowler is responsible for Fire and Safety compliance at Florida Solar Energy Center, Hydrogen R&D laboratories. This includes verification and inspection of all safety equipment in the FSEC hydrogen labs. He is responsible for safe storage of chemicals, maintaining MSDS files, waste control, ordering, facilitating work orders, inventory controls and ensure maintenance of all lab equipment. In addition, Mr. Fowler performs PM on the Scanning Electron Microscope, Spectrophotometers, Gas Chromatographs, Muffle Oven, Sorptometer, Thermographic Analyzer, Denton Vacuum, Glove Boxes, Potentiostat, Xenon Lamp, Hydraulic Presses, Vacuum Pumps, RO Water System, Balances, Scales, Flask Steam Scrubber, and forklift. He is knowledgeable in the use of a variety of power and hand tools.
