EnergyWhiz—Empowering Student Innovation for a Clean Energy Future. We invite you to join us on Saturday, April 20, 2024 to watch student teams compete at EnergyWhiz. Each year, hundreds of students converge at UCF’s Florida Solar Energy Center (FSEC) in Cocoa, Fla. to compete with their renewable energy projects. Whether it be the Junior Solar Sprint’s solar-powered model cars, the Solar Energy Cook-off, the Critter Comfort Cottage, Energy Inspired Art or the Electrathon (full-size electric go-carts), there’s something for everyone to see.
