Critter Comfort Cottage Team Information

This is the second step in registering for EnergyWhiz. Make sure you have completed the pre-registration form, so we know how to contact you.

Note: A completed Risk and Release Form is required for all students.

Please select the highest grade level of the entire team’s membership. For example, if three students on the team are in the 6th grade and one is in 7th, then the team is considered Middle School Division.
