Duane Siemen brings over a decade of dedicated service to the Facilities and Business Operations team at the University of Central Florida (UCF), where he has been instrumental since April 2014. Hailing originally from Michigan, Duane proudly holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from UCF and is a licensed professional engineer in Florida.

In his current role, Duane excels in fostering seamless collaboration across divisions within the Utilities and Engineering department, driving strategic initiatives that bolster growth and efficiency. His extensive background includes pivotal stints at all three major theme parks—Disney, Universal, and Sea World—prior to joining UCF.

Beyond his professional achievements, Duane finds joy in family moments and an array of exhilarating hobbies. Whether water skiing, snow skiing, tinkering with cars, racing, or biking, Duane embraces each endeavor with enthusiasm and skill.
