Rob Rickman grew up in the HVAC business and began his career in distribution 34 years ago. He has been the Central and North Florida Area Sales Manager for Mitsubishi Electric, Heating and Air Conditioning since 2010. He fosters adoption and advancement of ductless heat pump technology, the fastest growing segment of the residential HVAC industry. Through training and direct engagement with distributors and contractors, Rob is helping industry bridge the gap between very high efficiency technology development and real world implementation. He supports applied learning such as facilitating a donation of Mitsubishi equipment to the HVAC Tech certification program at Eastern Florida State College which shares a campus with UCF in Cocoa, FL.
