Linda Dubea is the Area Manager for Seminole, Volusia, and Flagler Counties.  Ms. Dubea joined FPL in 2015 and holds a BS from Southeast Missouri State University.  She has held positions in Power Delivery, Business Services, and External Affairs with FPL.  Linda Previously served as the CFO and CEO of the Cocoa Beach Regional Chamber of Commerce where she directed all aspects of the business including accounting practices, budgeting, and financial planning.  Her interaction with local business leaders and the community enabled the success of numerous outreach and community fundraising events.

Ms. Dubea is on the Board for the Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce, Council on Aging of Volusia County, Volusia County Futures Foundation, the Halifax Health Foundation, and the Boys and Girls Club of Central Florida.  She also is a member of the Daytona Rotary and Daytona International Speedway Checkered Flag Committee. She is a graduate of Leadership Brevard and Daytona.
