Jeff Juger is U.S. Deputy General Manager for JinkoSolar, which has deployed more than 15 gigawatts of solar modules in the U.S. He directly oversees corporate strategy, government affairs, market research, marketing, public relations, bankability, and energy storage. Jeff was part of the site selection team that ultimately chose Jacksonville, Florida for JinkoSolar’s first U.S. factory, a state-of-the-art module assembly plant. Jeff remains active in the state; in addition to being involved with the factory, he has joined the FSEC Energy Research Center Advisory Board, works closely with the Florida and Jacksonville Chambers of Commerce, and is presently a Vice President and Board Director for the Florida Solar Energy Industries Association (FlaSEIA). Prior to joining Jinko, Jeff was Director of Marketing & Strategy at Hanwha Q CELLS. Before his 10 years in the solar industry, Jeff negotiated shipbuilding and surface systems contracts for the Naval Sea Systems Command in Washington, DC.
Jeff is currently Chair of the Yale School of Management Alumni Advisory Board and a member of the Johns Hopkins University Second Decade Society. Jeff was a recipient of the 2016 Johns Hopkins Outstanding Recent Graduate Award for professional achievements within 10 years of graduation, a 2020 and 2021 S&P Global Platts Global Energy Award Rising Star finalist, and recipient of the 2021 Yale Alumni Association Leadership Award for innovative leadership and service to Yale. Jeff holds BAs in International Relations & East Asian Studies from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
