This is the second step in registering for EnergyWhiz. Make sure you have completed the pre-registration form, so we know how to contact you.

Note: A completed Publicity Release Form is required for all participants.

Please select the highest grade level of the entire team’s membership. For example, if three students on the team are in the 8th grade and one is in 9th, then the team is considered High School Division.
