Howard Bryant is a Manager of Regulatory Affairs for Tampa Electric Company where he is responsible for leading the company’s efforts in developing and evaluating residential and commercial energy efficiency, demand response and renewable energy programs.  He has been with Tampa Electric for 31 years serving in various capacities including Customer Service, DSM Planning, Forecasting, and Resource Planning to his current role in Regulatory Affairs.  He has been the company’s witness before the Florida Public Service Commission on matters involving renewable energy, and conservation and environmental cost recovery clauses since 1993.  Howard received a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 1973.
