PV Inverter System-On-Chip (SOC)

A power system incorporated on a single chip can significantly improve the efficiency, reduce the board area, and reduce the cost. In addition, the power density of the power supply can be increased dramatically, which will further reduce the cost and improve performance. UCF researchers have developed the world’s first low-power switching devices for DC conversion systems to reduce the power loss and significantly increase the system efficiency.
