Mike Faas is a Senior Project Manager for Publix Super Markets, Facilities Administration – Refrigeration and Energy Program. Since joining Publix in 1976,  Mike has been involved with many facets of the operation including retail, warehousing and support. Mike has a long history of deploying large complex projects and initiatives, with well over 150 deployments successfully executed. His current role has him managing a portfolio of sustainable projects that center around reducing the use of energy, water, and other environmental resources. His focus is on designing solutions that reduce operating expenses and maximize efficiencies.

Mike leads several internal steering teams responsible for researching, developing and implementing sustainable alternatives using new technologies and business processes.
